Shiny shadow encounters are not available through Giovanni's Super Rocket Radar.
Tip: While Giovanni's encounters all have a 6/6/6 IV floor, the current weather can affect the encounter level. During Fog or Windy weather conditions, Shadow Giratina's level will be 13 as Ghost/Dragon types are boosted. All other weather conditions will give an encounter level of 8.
Therefore, Shadow Giratina will have the following CP ranges:
